rec your bottle for gassy babies!!

so far we've tried Dr Browns which worked wonders for my nieces but not for my son the gulper! and MAM anti colic...

For us the tommee tippees have worked great. There's a little vent so they don't suck in as much air.

Dr.Brown's didn't work for us either!!

We use the playtex drop in nursers and we haven't had any problems. =]

We started using the Vent Aire ones. LO seems to do a little better on these than the Dr. Brown's. I am happy to say that I am no longer washing 10 pieces for 1 bottle!

question- how do you know that its the bottle that is not working and not the baby that is gassy.

I ask because I have only used the avent bottles. DD has spit up and seems fussy. Could it be the bottles? I thought its just her nature.

could very well be my son isw just a gassy baby but our pedi and i noticed that he gulps very hard on his bottle so he suggested try some different bottles if that doesnt work he may switch his formula.we've also been using gripe and mylicon to tru and ease his pain

I use the playtex drop ins. I noticed that with the clear nipples, DD2 was gulping hard, so we are using the brown nipples and she does just fine. Try burping more often too and sitting him up after the feeding for about 20 minutes. It will help all the air come to the top.
