reflux or ger...help!!!!!!!!!

my 5 week old started vomiting forcefully this weeks, twice yesterday. I believe she has ger because she seems to be in pain when laying, slow weight gain- due to puking, and the hiccups are terrible. i have been bf her upright, we have her bed slanted...she cries so much...originally thought it was colic.

 is ther anything i can do to help my poor baby??

What's the difference between reflux and GER? GER is Gastro-Esophageal Reflux.
