BFing - One boob way more engorged?

My left boob is always more engorged.  Significantly.  I've been good about keeping feedings even on both sides.  Should I feed more on that side? It almost feels like that boob is producing more milk - like last night was my first experience with leakage....maaaajor on that side, zero on the other side.  I'm still in the really uncomfortable milk just came in stage and new to this - so any help is appreciated!

BFing is a supply and demand situation... the more you use that side the more that side will produce. If anything you want to feed more off the other side.

It's normal for one side to produce more than the other. When I pump I get almost twice as much out of one side over the other. If you're worried about it there are ways to remedy: https://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mom/lopsided.html

If you feed more on that side you are only making the problem worse by telling your body you need that much milk on that side.  It should regulate on it's own - just give it some time.

i'm having the same problem. even dh has noticed the difference in sizes! i've been trying to nurse more on the smaller side!
