Help Birthing Classes
Alright so apparently we waited a bit too long to register for Birthing classes at SHC Shea...now I'm not sure what to do. I really want to take classes at SHC but it seems a lot of them are full NO CLASSES OPEN AT ALL FOR JUNE and I'm afraid if I do a July class I might not make it through, (I'll be 37 weeks July 16th, chances of going from then on is unknown but what if) The classes are $80/couple and I don't want to spend that much if I miss out on a class due to me having to go to the Hospital for w/e reason. I mean I think one of the classes Ends July 20th. And even the July 6th class might not work with my boyfriend's work. So then the classes after that start the 15th of July and go really close to August...*sigh* I looked up PV hospital schedule and it seems that their class may or may not work, I still have to talk to the BF about it. Anyone know of outside classes or else where I can take? I'm going to Scottsdale Health Care Shea, but I'm over in the NE Valley Desert Ridge Area...

If the July 6 class doesn't work, I would do the ones at PV. There are only 4 spaces left in the July 6 class, so you would have to decide quickly. Otherwise, you could call Shea directly and ask them if anyone has cancelled. I agree that waiting until after July 6 is cutting it pretty close.
I just signed us up for July 21!
It's that Tuesdays Don't work, Mondays don't work. The July 6th class runs until the 22nd and although unlikely I could still have him any time after July 16th (as I'll be 37 weeks) and I don't want to miss the last important class that we paid $80 for. PV had the same issues. I looked around too, but I guess at this point we're going to get some DVDs and some books and read about it or something.
