Bubbly - pharm ?

Hydromet syrup. The first time I got it, the bottle said 1tsp every 6 hours. But the bottle I picked up today said 1tsp 3x day. As far as I can tell it's the same exact thing, so aside from being prescribed by two different Drs, it's the same thing. So what's the deal? Just Dr preference as to how much I should take?

    Dr preference strictly.

    It's normally prescribed every 4 to 6 hours, as you need it.

    if the average person is awake for 18 hours a day (hence the 18 hour bra!) every 6 hours would be thrice daily, right?

    Thank goodness, waiting the full 8 hours was hard sometimes. Good to know I can cut it early if I have to.
