DH just doesn't get it

He keeps asking me if the baby has somehow told me when she is coming.  At first I thought he was just being funny... but now i realize he is trying to figure out what to tell his work.  He is suppose to take 2 weeks off when the baby comes... but my due date is Friday and the Dr. said he would like me go up to 10 days over.  DH wanted to know if he should take time off as of Friday....  Don't employers deal with this sort of thing all the time?  No one knows when a baby is coming...

LOL...I don't think he needs to give them an exact date.  It is helpful though if he is on a scheduled shift or something.  Just letting them know your due date should be sufficient though I would think.
