Hi Ladies. I've been TTGP for about a month, but I started Insanity (the DVDs from the informercials) a few weeks ago. DH wanted to get it, so I'm just kinda tagging along. Once I get preg, I will put that workout on hold b/c it's pretty intense. I consider myself in pretty good shape (5'9" 150 lbs.), but it's really "insane." Has anyone else tried it?? Thoughts???

Slow down when you're pregnant and discuss it with your doctor. My dr said I could continue aerobics as long as I listen to my body. I just started doing the modified versions (mix it up with Turbo Jam and Chalene). If I start seeing stars then I take a quick pause.
I'm not sure I would continue Insanity for the reason you do ALOT of plyometrics that could throw your balance off/make you light headed.
I'm on TTGP too~I've been doing Insanity on and off for about 5 months now. I say on & off because I take it easy during 2ww even though I know I don't have to, it makes me feel better. But since I'm not pregnant nor have I ever taking it easy really doesn't seem to have helped much!
It is insane, but I love it. I'm actually worried that I won't like any other workout ever again. I've started combining it with P90X this last week because although I like the cardio part of Insanity I felt like I was neglecting my weight lifting program. Just my own opinion though. I think it's working out nicely.
