We did no testing at all. I'm 27, DH and I from different races (makes your chances of having matching faulty chromosomes lower), and if anything had come up we would not have aborted the pregnancy anyway, so we figured why put ourselves through the stress?
My OB was very supportive of our decision and said if he were in our shoes he would do the same thing.
Apparently the lab my pratice uses does not provide risk numbers (which I give a big "side-eye" to) but instead tells you if your results were positive or negative. They did not provide info on what qualifies as a positive or negatve result but I received a letter telling me my test came back negative for all risk factors. I am 29.

I didn't do the 1st tri screening, but our 20 week ultrasound showed a bright spot on the heart. After having a level 2 ultrasound I was told my risk for down syndrome is 1:350. We opted not to have an amnio to find out.
My birthson who came before I was ready. He doesn't call me mom but I love him just the same. ~7/10/99~
I just did the NT scan last Thursday but the baby wouldn't cooperate so they couldn't get any measurements. They sent the bloodowork in and I go back tomorrow for a 2nd try at the measurements and I will get my results then.

Iam 31 and we could not do the NT fold cause the baby would not cooperate so we did 12 & 16 week bloodwork which came back as a positive screen for DS the numbers are 1:190. We had the level 2 ultrasound and everything looks good except they couldnt get good shot of the babys profile & heart cause he was lying face down... I go back next Tuesday for that.

We didn't do any of the screening in 1st tri and also didn't do the quad screen in 2nd tri. We wouldn't have aborted so the info would have just caused a lot of stress for us.

I did the blood work, I'm 28.
My risk for Down Syndrome and Spina Bifida was low, my risk for Trisomy 18 is 1-81, so I'm having a level 2 u/s next Wednesday.
I had my blood work done at 15 weeks (which now I'm hearing was too early).
Mine were 1 in 10,000 for everything, and I am 24
