Sea bands

Anyone else using them?  My sister gave me some that did not work for her, but she had hyperemesis.  I have had all day nausea with some peaks usually around 8-9am and then again around 4-6 pm, but no vomiting.  I've been wearing the sea bands at work, and I think they might be helping but I'm not sure.  I still feel nauseated, but it seems a little more bearable.  They are super ugly, but I wear a lab coat at work, so it kind of disguises them.

  • Most of the people I know that have used them say they don't work. I haven't tried them myself, but I am thinking about it. I'll try anything to feel better.

  • They didn't work for me at all, and actually left marks on my wrists that lasted for days- I'm not sure why.  I ended up taking them back to walgreens.  Crystalized ginger worked for me though!
  • I used them pregnancy #1 and they were fantastic! Good luck

  • I was so sick on sunday and tried a pair that my girlfriend gave me and they "seemed" to help.  Although I wasn't going to take them off to test it:)  Worth a try in my opinion!  Good luck:)

I wore them most of my 1st tri with DD.  They seemed to help the mild nausea, but if I was going to get sick, the only thing that really helped was eating crystallized ginger.
