Crystallized ginger

A couple of people mentioned that this has helped with m/s. Can you get this at a regular grocery store, and if so, what section? Thanks.

    My local store had it in th organic food section. It was with the spices.

    Our regular local grocery stores (Kroger, Tom Thumb, etc) don't carry it, but specialty groceries around here (like Whole Foods) carry it in the area where the fresh spices are kept.

    Usually health food stores have them- I got it at Earth Fare in the bulk foods section :)  It worked wonders for me!
