I am the mother of a child born prematurely and who is nearly 9 months old.  I didnt realize I wasn't allowed to discuss things with other mothers. 

And yes my first pregnancy did just happen...it wasnt planned and we werent really trying.  I posted this morning about believing that my period had started because I had been discussing with some women that I was considering the possibility of becoming pregnant especially on the premature board because I had developed a life threatining syndrome that nearly killed me.

I've tried to stay out of this, but that was uncalled for. I could give a fvck less that you got pregnant without trying. Go the fvck somewhere else. The issue is that you have no idea what happens with your body and you DD'd.

Actually, as far as my experience has gone, trying to get pregnant has tought me valuable life lessons. I've learned how my body works. I've learned patience. I've learned not to take certain things for granted. My marriage is stronger than ever. 

I am by no means bashing women who get pregnant easily (or implying that you can't have these qualities if you get pregnant right away), but I also don't resent or envy them.

The biggest issue people on this board have with you is simply that you DDd... and now your comment has qualified you as an a**hat.

Yes, I am so jealous that you got pregnant, most likely before you were even close to being financially or emotionally ready for a child. Man I wish that was me...except I would want to also lack the intelligence and responsibilty to actually produce offspring that will be a contribution to society.

Well, maybe a different perspective is needed here.  This is the hubby saying hello.  I have never seen quite the group of crazy, heartless, retarded people in my life.  A few of you got upset over her question, maybe misplaced, but just a curious question, and then decided it was necessary to tear her apart.  What is wrong with you?  What she was looking for was help, not a bunch of people attacking her because she was lucky once.  Chance happens.  Maybe if you'd all lighten up and relax you could get pregnant easy too. 

 So, before you go complaining that I'm posting on here, remember, maybe I'm the only husband who actually cares about his wife enough to defend her, would yours do the same?  Oh, and nobody likes to be forced to have sex, that's not going to help you get pregnant.  When you're in such an agitated state, your body goes into it's flight-or-fight mode, which does not help your reproductive system.  It does not take much to enter this state, and it does not dissipate for quite a while. So, relax!  Stop attacking people looking for help.........................
