Interesting...you were giving info and links yesterday on another board.  Sadly you chose not to listen/read and instead decided to be a douche over here.  As you can see, they linked the same blog we did.  It tends to be a pretty fabulous blog.

Sadly, it was this particular posting (lots of replies that left me asking more questions) that gave me the idea to suggest that people try to write out the first mention of the word before abbreviating. I wasn't trying to be a douche...just thought how awesome it would be to have all these cloth diaper message board posts to be a result in searches by people using the search engine. 

The search engine sucks, as all have confirmed...but *we* have a lot to do with that... so instead of fighting it (and me), why not think how it would be nice to find these helpful posts in a search engine result... I still think it is a good idea, fwiw, even if my suggesting it was not done in the most effective way to begin with.

Can we please not be so grudging? I have edited any post that anyone pointed out as coming off as rude... I really am trying. I want to learn from this and move on!

I'm all for moving on. 

Does the search function work at all for you? (if so, I'm impressed)  It rarely if ever has for me.  Even if I look up words I KNOW are on there - for example, I just searched for BFP on all boards, and apparently, no one has mentioned a BFP on any of the bump boards... according to the search function.  It rarely if ever actually works, unfortunately.

Really?  You are new aren't you.  The search engine sucks here because it always has!  You can spell out anything you want and the Bump's search engine won't find it because IT SUCKS!

I understand that you are trying to move on.  But you were still obnoxious and don't seem to get that people are more inclined to help if you aren't rude and demanding.  It is so much easier to blame someone else isn't it.
