    I think boy...like Channing Tatum (Yum!). Funny, my mom was trying all day yesterday to get me to name my baby this. For now, it's just on a very unsure list of a million other names.

    I've actually never heard this name, but I think boy more than girl when I see it. It's nms regardless though.

    I knew a guy in college whose name was Channing.  It suited him, he was a nice guy, so I have a good association with the name.  And my cousin's friend, a girl, also has this name (she's in her early 20s).  So it's unisex to me.

    The only people I've ever known with that name have been boys, but I think it would be okay for a girl.

    I think of the actor, so to me it is a boy's name.  But I LOVE boys names for girls, so I think it could be a really cool girl's name as well!
