OMG and no TMI about it! 
I have gas coming out both ends. I have taken zantac, tums, and preggy pop drop and still am burping constantly! Then I am still getting over this GI bug so I have major painful belly cramps followed by horrible smelling farts! Toot toooot!!! Does anybody know how much zantac we can take in mg? I have the 75mg which I bought to cut in half for my dog 
but now I need! I know zantacs come in 150mg so is it okay if I take another? Can't wait to sleep on my belly tonight to help get the toots out. When are you not supposed to do that and start sleeping on your left side? It's hard to think it would matter this early on? TIA
