CindyandScott has a great diaper bag - I don't remember the brand, but she got it from BabySteals. Have you registered for those emails yet? If not, you should. I think hers might be OuiOui.

This is correct though I can't remember the last time I used it. They have great diaper bags at at least half off almost once a week. That of course won't help you with a registry though. plus you need to check at 10am on the dot because they go fast!
I use my purses with the PurseIn in it to organize the diaper stuff. Works great and I am not stuck carrying around a diaper bag wherever I go. We have the SkipHop Via Messenger bag for DH to use and the PB Ultimate diaper bag (old version) for overnight trips.
I got a fancy JuJuBe one before my LO was born and I still use it when we're going somewhere and need lots of stuff, but I just got this one for smaller trips to the store and such--having a backpack has been a lot easier:
I have this one that I registered for and use when DD goes to spend the day with Grammy.
I bought this one for when we go shopping, church, everyday use. I paid $5 for it and use it all the time. The smaller size is much more convenient for everyday use.
We bought the Skip Hop Dash from PBK (with a gift card - but they no longer carry it) and I actually love it. It's smaller than mine (Kate Spade) but we can actually get quite a bit in it. Plus, I love the stroller hooks it has and that it's a messenger bag. I actually packed Cooper in it overnight last week when he went to my sisters house.
It's just a little more than $50 on Amazon and totally worth it. I can jam pack that thing and it has really good pockets inside and out.
Since Evan will go to day care I needed a diaper bag that wasn't also my purse and one the DH wouldn't mind using so we got a Skip Hop Duo Delux from BRU.
Since DS has reflux we carry a lot of burp cloths, extra clothes, etc and it is great. Fits everything and has easy to open magnetic-close pockets on the front. It is also easy to clean and has hooks for the stroller. We have been very happy with it.

I have a Kalencom and I am not in love with it.

It's not that cute but it looks like a regular backpack and has all the right compartments and a big changing pad. It's the right size too.
