my all-time favorite maternity jeans were from Old Navy - had a full panel that was sewn in from the inside of the waist band of the jeans - ie) normal looking waist on the jeans with button, etc--- and then the elastic panel part came out from the inside - not sewn to the top part of the jeans - if that makes any sense. They were the ONLY ones that would stay up on me and were SO comfy- i was sad to give them up- really! I had them in regular jeans (2 pairs!) and capris
Full panel - But only Secret Fit Belly from Motherhood. SO comfy and fit my huge belly the whole time ; ) I am in love with them because the panel is so stretchy and breathable fabric.
~Crystal~SAHM to Sam (5), Hugh (3), Mary & Grace (22 months) : )
Low cut. My belly was so huge, I had a hard time finding anything that would fit over it. Plus, when I did, I found the pressure to be very uncomfortable.

I prefer demi panel, especially from Gap. Even now, they fit me best and actually stay up. Plus, if I feel like they're riding low or I'm wearing a shirt that seems short, I just throw on a belly band.
Lots of people rave about secret fit belly panels at Motherhood. They don't work for me at all. Even now, as I'm nearing the 3rd tri they fall off of me! It sucks because they're pretty comfortable.
ON had these cargo, roll-up capri/pants. got a pair in grey and khaki, and they were staples for all my not-so-many trips out of the house. still wore them pp. still do sometimes. ha ha.
still see pg ladies wearing the same, so maybe still available.
if it wasn't low cut, then full panel. that in between coverage bugged the crap out of me.

Thats all I wore for my last pregnancy and hoping they'll stretch enough for this one!
I like my secret fit full panel pants from motherhood, I never wear the panel over my belly though, I usually fold it down.
I was wearing all low-rise/low-panel jeans but found them to pinch under my belly too much by the end of the day. I just bought some shorts & capris this weekend with the secret fit full panel but I have it folded down more than half-way & it is more comfortable than ever!!

This. The same pants fit me from 10w until I delivered. Totally worth the $$.
TTC#1 since Mar 2008. Serious MFI due to cancer.
3 cancelled IUI's, just about every test in the book.
IVF#1 - BFP! Twin girls arrived 2/5/10 at 35w2d.
I liked the low waist for most of my pregnancy. I wasn't big on the roll waist. I also had high waist, which was all I could wear at the end, because I was just so big and carried really low (well actually all over, I was belly from pelvic bone to boobs!), but that probably wasn't until 35 wks, where I prefered my sweatpants anyways! I liked the high waist, but it always itched my belly so much!
Either low rise or full panel; the roll kind didn't work for me all that long (though they were great at first) and near the end, nothing worked all that well. :P
