It wasn't very accurate for us. DH's eyes are hazel and that wasn't an option.
I give up trying to get a ticker. I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome. Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself. Hmmm. How about...

It's a pretty basic predictor. If you read the link on how it works, it admits as such.
It predicts we have only a ~75% chance of having a brown eyed child. DH is Asian, I think that is pretty much 100%.

Yeah, in order for a brown eyed person to have a child with any other color eye, that person has to have the recessive blue-eyed gene (doesn't matter what the other person has). Most asian families probably don't. I have very brown eyes, but there are blue eyes in my family so there is a chance I carry the gene. DH has hazel eyes so he is already recessive. His mom has brown eyes and his dad has blue eyes. Genetics is fun.

Hmmm...well this doesn't account for the fact that I have blue-green eyes with gold around my pupil, and DH has hazel eyes.
If we say I have blue and DH has brown, these are our results:
Blue-20.8%
Green-29.1%
Brown-50%
I think hazel is considered blue genetically. So since both of you are recessive, your baby will most likely have 100% chance of being either blue, green or hazel.

that was really cool! i always thought I'd love it if or baby had my hubbys's lovely blue eyes, but since mine were brown i figured it's a genetic improbability, but aparantly because my mo has hazel eyes it's actually a 50/50 split between brown and blue or green which is really neato, tanks fo sharing that one!
Re: Another fun prediction
Here's ours:
Blue - 20%
Green - 30%
Brown - 50%
Carina 12.28.2010 | Aurelia 9.23.12 | Chart - Round 3

Fun find, mchupie!
Ours is:
50% green
50% blue

ours:

14% green
11% blue
(our son is that 11% and has blue eyes. both DH and I have brown)

that gives me hope that maybe my LO will have H's eyes!
10% blue
23.3% green
66.6% brown
awesome find.
20% blue
30% green (pretty!)
50% brown

I think hazel is considered blue genetically. So since both of you are recessive, your baby will most likely have 100% chance of being either blue, green or hazel.
100% blue
DH and I both have blue eyes as well as one of our parents. We are destined to have all blue eyed babies.
Katie: 1/16/08 2lbs. 15oz.
Abby & Emily: 12/31/10 6lbs. 2oz. & 5lbs. 7oz.
How fun!
Brown 50%
Green 39.5%
Blue 10.5%
I was a little surprised at the results since everyone, including my Scottish great-grandmother, has brown eyes:
1.8% blue
5.5% green
92.5% brown
So, we still have a relative chance of having a green-eyed baby in the family...cool!
Brown--66.6%
Green-23.3%
Blue--10%
It's slightly off bc my mom and I both have hazel eyes but hazel wasn't an option.
Same for us
Same here. I would have been in BIG trouble if DD came out with any color eyes other than blue - lol!
green: 75%
blue: 25%
brown: 0%
50% brown
35% blue
15% green
DD has brown eyes, but DH carries the gene from his father for blue and I am blue eyed...so maybe our next one will be a blue eyed baby.
Blue 15%
Green 85%
Brown 0%
Interesting.. we'll just have to wait and see I guess!
