Big Baby

I've been feeling really sluggish and like baby is taking up a lot of space for only being 22 weeks. I went to the Dr. for my normal check up yesterday and she stats that baby boy is measuring in at 26 weeks!!! She planned a ultrasound for Wednesday to see about moving due date. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Yes. At one point in my pregnancy with DS, I was measuring 5 weeks ahead. Towards, the end, the difference lessened. It depends a lot on how you carry. I was carrying DS really high, which made my measurements a bit larger for a while.

    DS was born a day after his due date, weighing 7 lbs. 4 oz.

    Did they just measure your belly today? If so, it can definitely be off. At my 22 week appointment, my belly was measuring 2 weeks ahead, but then when we had an ultrasound a couple weeks later to see if LO was actually big, it turns out she was small in the 8th percentile.

    Yes, I measured 4-5 weeks ahead the whole time.  It could really depend on how you are carrying, but DD was 10lbs, 8 ozs :)
