All this cradle robbing talk.  It's common knowledge that my dh is 10 years younger than me, no?  I much prefer to be called a cougar.

I have no freaking idea. DD is about to start asking for the car keys. She's 17 months going on teenager, I swear.

I am also a reformed cradle-robber. My ex-husband was 4 years younger than I am, and the live-in boyfriend before DH was 5 years younger.

My DH is 5 years and a few months younger than me! I like to think of myself as a puma...not quite a cougar! lol

I dated older guys when I was younger then one time I was 21 dating someone who was 45 and got to thinking that when I was 45 he'd be 69! I thought that was so gross (remember I was only 21 at the time!) and thus, ended my dating of older guys!

Well, these ladies were talking about 4-5 years like it was a long time.  I didn't think the 8 years between DH and I was bad (though I love to tease him about how old he is...).

18 years, but shhhh, don't tell anyone..lol. In his defense he does not look his age and certainly does not act it. :-)

I think age is just a number. 

Usually the only people who have a problem with age differences were raised in a very sheltered world. Or they can't do what we are.  (maybe a younger man rejected their advances, or they were dumped my an older man.  Some of them are down right hateful about it. I wonder what causes their bitterness)

I think it's fine.  As noted by the people who called me pedofile, etc... mine is 11 years younger.  We have a great time.  He's very mature for his age, and I feel much younger.  

So, I think we're the open minded ones.   And, probably happier for that... :-)
