How to PIP?

I should know this, but I don't. I've never tried to figure it out before...can anyone give me instructions?

I'm going to assume the picture is already online (becaue otherwise the instructions are different)

 

Go to the picture and right click on  it.  Clilck properties.  Highlight and copy the image location--it will be something like this:

Now, you need to insert,   This box that I"m typing in, the message box...right above it, find the little icon of the tree--just to the left of the smiley face.

Click that and paste info you copied into the "image URL" box.

Click insert.

Then you can resize by dragging corners.

(different if you're trying to do signatures rather than a PIP...I suppose I should have asked before typing that out)
