Are you running any fevers or having pelvic pain? If not that it sounds like normal clot to me.
I had retained products left in my uterus that would not come out and became infected. I had to have a d&c at 3 1/2 weeks post partum. But I was in excrutiating pain. I mean 8-9 out of 10 on the pain scale. And I was running a 103 degree fever for about a week. I was also passing clots that were the size of hamburger buns and bleeding out on my living room floor after passing them.
So what your describing sounds normal to me, but if you are concerned a call into your OB nurse is not a bad idea.

I had pretty much a post partum hemorrhage at 9 days post partum. I noticed at 7 days my bleeding really started to pick up again, and on day 9 I passed a lemon sized clot. I went to my OB and had to get a D&C and was pretty darn close to getting a blood transfusion.
I work in OB and I tell my patients that walnut or smaller sized clots every once in awhile are normal, if you start getting them frequently I would call the OB.
Re: 2 wks pp- clot?
I had a lot of clots, well into a month pp. I think it's normal, but you can always call your OB or the nurse on staff to double check.
