I am looking for a reasonable maternity photographer. Everyone that I have found so far seems to charge an arm, a leg, and almost a newborn. The ones that I have seen charge a sitting fee, and then $10-$30 bucks for one print! And forget asking about the digital prints, that seems to run another $300+ just for a few on cd.
Any suggestions?
Re: maternity photographer
I used Jaime Smith, she is fabulous and super sweet, but she's expensive (we spent almost $700 on it).
My friend Kelly does a really great job and has lots of practice since she has a newborn of her own now - https://www.kcfrickphotography.com/
Amy Wright is my favorite photographer. She has a great eye and is inexpensive.

I'm meeting with this lady tomorrow to discuss pricing, there was alot of info on her site and I'd rather just talk to her directly and tell her what I'm looking for and see what price she offers.

The prices for pure sugar studios seem very high, compared to others mention on this thread.
Drewlily- Let us know if the prices on the web site are not accurate.
Here are the prices for EP Photography. They are very good prices, from the research I have done.
Newborn Session fee (in-studio) $100
Includes 4 separate photo shoots spaced about 3 months apart (pick from maternity, newborn, 3 month, 9 month, 1 year). Online Proofing with each session.
I'm assuming you don't get anything with that session fee, correct? That seems like it would really add up, but maybe that's just me.
OP I hope you find what you are looking for!
