Will apartments rent out the clubhouse to non-residents?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the norm is. I have a friend at a nice complex that will put it in his name, but I'm trying to figure out if I should even bother calling other places to see if they will rent it out to me.

    Give it a shot. I would think its a business and they will make money where they can.

    I used to manage apartment complexes for several large national management companies and we typically did not rent out the clubhouse to non-residents.
    3/22/09 - Lily Grace, born at 33 weeks, 2 days
    9/12/14 - M/C @ 7 weeks, 1 day (ectopic)

    The HOA in our old neighborhood would only rent to residents.  I actually rented it for a baby shower.
