I haven't watched at all this season, but I wanted to watch the finale so I'm watching it now....Who is the shooter? Has he been on the show this season or is he just some random guy?

In  nutshell, there is a shooter on the loose in the hosptial....everyone is on lockdown. Meredith is pregnant but hasn't told Derek yet. Alex got shot but is still alive...Little Grey and McSteamy are working on trying to save him.

OMG-- that is SOOO not cool. I already saw it playing out-- her being pg, finish out her residency (this is her final year anyway right?) then have the baby, take some time off...

I "quit" Grey's this season because it got too over the top for me. It just seemed like they were trying waaay too hard. Plus, I don't like upsetting storylines now that I'm a mom....weird, but true!

I understand that... I don't like them either. Sometimes they hit to close to home. That's why I normally DVR them and just skip through the commercials or hard scenes.

ugh, it's finally over. My stomach is in knots, I think I need a stiff drink now! I can't believe that Mer had a m/c and that we have to wait until next season. I'm emotionally spent...over a tv show!
