Are there any splash pads in West Houston/Katy open to public?

    there's one on memorial behind the old library.

    there's also noah's ark-which is fantastic but you have to pay for it.

    i know there's more, but i can't think of them right now.

    Ditto this one.  I have driven by it a few times and it looks nice but has always been very crowded on the weekends.

    Yes, it is very crowded on weekends, but it is nice.
