Wow!  Why is everyone so upset...this is not my business but rather just a recommendation...thought I was being helpful...once you have a baby it gets difficult to get out of the house...

As a stylist, I know that it's illegal unless she has the special licsense and insurance.  Why would you want someone you don't know to do your color at your house...there are so many ways to screw that up!  And I looked at her website...the prices are pretty high...you're better off hiring a babysitter and going to a salon to have it done.  Your original post sounds very vendor-ish.
