RHONY/RHONJ- where are their effing seatbelts?

Has anyone else noticed this? I noticed Bethenny not wearing one in NY and when she was in California seeing her dad. Then I noticed on Monday's episode of RHONJ that no one in Teresa's family (including her 7-8 year old daughter) was wearing a seatbelt. WTF? I don't get it. Two of these women are pregnant FFS, and how could you not put a belt on oyur child?
