36 hours a week. I work there. It's the only place I would have my baby. I don't know what the tours are like. There is not much to see anyway, there is one building for CWN with a labor floor, a nicu, and 3 post partum floors. The OB admitting is right in the front door under the new escalators at 75 Fracncis.
When I took my tour of the Brigham, the tours were organized through Isis Maternity. It was nice, if only to get a feel for parking and where to check-in, and it was a good opportunity to be able to ask any questions about their policies.
