Ok I have problems going #2..It hurts..my dr said it could be hemroids but it seems she kinda swept it under the rug like its nothing...I need advice and help asap...honestly it hurts bad.
Cheese and bananas will bung you up. Try eating more fiberous foods and take stool softners. Drink tonnes of water. DH likes to drink a warm drink (coffee or tea) to get things moving. HTH!

I got a lovely 'roid at about 10 weeks pp, it felt like a billion tiny razors as I was going. There were a few times, I thought labor and pushing a kid out was easier.
I've massivly upped my water intake, which was a lot to begin with. I love cheese, which could be a trigger so I've started eatting less of that. And for some reason, eatting twizzlers ahs seem to 'soften' it a bit. So I eat a few twizzlers a day.
I was going to go the stool softener route, but I ebf, and was afraid of any effects on dd, she doesn't need any help in that department
I'd try some twizzlers, if you like them. I eat at least 4 a day now. Also, keep an eye out for any blood, if you see blood when you wipe, definatly a 'roid.
