searching for babysitter

DS has never stayed with anyone other than daycare or family and we don't like having to ask family everytime we want to go out.. We are in need of a babysitter for occasional nights out. We especially need one for the nigt time graduation of my oldest neice coming up in a couple of weeks. All the family will be going, so that leaves no one to watch him. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

I did have a great one but she graduated this year and is moving.  

MSU has a program for students who have expressed interest in babysitting so they sign up at the family resource center.  MSU does a criminal background check and then they are placed on their online sitter list.  I've never used it before but I'm sure I will be using it this year!
