I'm pretty well through my m/s sickness now, but weeks 6-9 it was so awful in the evenings and in the middle of the night. It's a cycle, too, because you feel too sick to eat, but not eating causes you to feel sick! Cheerios sound like a good choice. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
The queasiness hits any time of day -- but the worst is usually mid-late afternoon for me. I made the mistake of going to the grocery store on my way home from getting the kids from school today. Ugh. I need to remember to pop a Zofran the next time I go to that place!
I'm eating frozen soft pretz's for dinner tonight.
Cereal is also a staple in my house. Breakfast and dinner.

Cereal like cheerios, rice krispies, & crispix is the only thing that sounds good to me when my stomach feels that way. Bagels have helped in some cases too.

Mine's been come & go with some days much worse than others. Tonight I actually made and ate dinner for the first time in the last 2 weeks. I was glad to eat a normal meal again. I seem to try to eat something, take 3-4 bites and want it out of my sight ASAP! Been eating a lot of crackers & cereal too.

Re: Cheerios.....
Mine is the worst from 4pm-7pm. Totally fine in the morning!I eat cereal for dinner too a lot. Cap'n Crunch!
I still get nauseated every day at that time, even on phenergan!
