Lemon Chicken and Rice Recipe?

I have gotten this box dinner from the grocery store before. It is a Lemon Chicken with a lemon rice and all you do is add chicken. Its good but I'd love to make it from scratch. Anyone have a recipe for something like this?

    I dont know if this is what you are looking for but it super healthy and good!

    Chk Breast

    Lemons

    Breadcrumbs with Italian Seasoning

    Garlic

    Olive Oil 

    Onion

     

    Season Chk Breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh garlic if you want to.  Squeeze lemon juice onto chk breast and then dip in bread crumbs.  Add onion on top of chk breast, top off with olive oil.  Oven at 350 for about 40 min
