There was a crib mattress or something similar that GUARANTEES your baby will sleep at least 10 hours at night from the age of 3month and on. (not saying that such thing exist), but wondering what people would pay for sleep.
The woombie was great for exactly 2.5 weeks and we bought two of them...so for $50, we got good sleep for 2 weeks, and so I don't view it as a total waste. She now cries in the middle of the night when she can't move her hands in the middle of the night. But now she's waking up at least 4 times a week and I was just telling DH that I would pay at least $500 for another great invention that helps the baby sleep for a long period of time and it's guaranteed or your money back. DH said that he wouldn't pay more than $300. Honestly...I may go up to $1k if I heard GREAT reviews that it's the miracle mattress or something.
Re: How much would you pay if.....
Ha! I think that is so hypothetical that I am having a hard time making up a hypothetical answer.
The fact is babies are people and people have opinions. My sons have had very different preferences since Day 1. T paci, M no paci from the very 1st day they were born. They eat differently, sleep differently. Even though this is just a hypothetical, I have to say that there is no way because there will never be one answer that is right for every baby. So, based on the fact that I doubt such an invention would really work, I would pay up to $300 but no more, even with a cash back guaranty.
