I made the hash brown today it was amazing! I got the recipe from a friend, so I knew it would be, but I was blown away.
And, fwiw, the hostess of the brunch packed up food for everyone to take with us and no one got a single bit of my hash brown! And there was some left over. Bummer, because I was definitely looking forward to eating it tonight for dinner.
Definitely a keeper!
