I'm SO happy I found this board

Thank you, thank you for sharing your experiences. While I do not have PPD, we just began TTC and I have been terrified about my OCD/anxiety, which is very severe.  My doctor switched me from Paxil and Xanax to Zoloft and Buspar 2 days ago, and I had been wondering if she made the right decision about meds as I feel like crap like most do when switching these type of meds.  Anyway, the encouragement about taking Zoloft while pregnant on this board has really eased some of my anxiety.     Best of luck to you!

    I have been having good luck with Zoloft (100mg) for my OCD/anxiety. I have more details in my blog.
