Looking to see other mom's reviews on generic diapers. I've heard good things about the Target brand Up and Up. Any others which are less $$ but still hold up well?
With DD I only ever used Target brand...never had an issue...not sure if I will use them again with DD #2...haven't decided yet. My sister swears by Sam's Club brand (Kirkland I think).

We like the Kirkland brand (Costco) diapers.I'd like to try Up and Up but we bought Target brand for DS1 once and he broke out horribly. I know they've changed them now, but I'm still hesitant. Well, DH is hesitant.

I've used the Target brand with the kids since the twins were about 8 months old. We *thought* that Nathan had really bad excema...turns out he's allergic to Pampers. We LOVE the Target brand- never had a problem with them at all.
l also like Target's Up & Up....but i hate the dot pattern (big blue/green dots) - especially having them on a girl, they totally show thru light or white bottoms. For mainly that reason, I buy Luvs and LOVE them. Absolutely no problems and they are as thin or thinner than Pampers.
We just started using Target's on our youngest (so wish she was potty trained), and I should have switched sooner. All thanks to Pampers Dry Max of course.
I liked Target when they were the Circo brand, but not once they changed them to Up & Up. Don't like walmart's Parent's Choice at all, but the White Cloud Supreme or whatever isn't too bad.

Used to use the Target brand, but since moving, we use the Parent's choice one. Have been for over a year now. Year one- name brand. Year 2- Target. Year three- parent's choice.
I've used the Walmart, Target and BJ's brand diapers at one time or another and liked all of them, both for my boy and for my girl. It's really just a convenience thing, which ever store I'm closest too when I am running low

I haven't had the best luck with the generic brands with new babies, but we've used Walmart (White Cloud), Target and Costco. They all worked great. I love the Costco just because I go there a lot and they're cheap. My Costco just got a size 1-2 (they used to start at size 3 at my Costco, which is close to a year old for my kids). I just got a box for DS so I'm hoping they work as well as the bigger sizes did for the girls.
I've been using the walmart brand parent's choice for 6 months now, never have had a problem with them. Also have used wegmans brand and bj's diapers and they have also been fine.
I like the Walgreen's supreme diapers a bit better than their regular ones. They tend to run about a 1/2 size small, so take that into consideration if you plan to stock up at one of their B1G1 sales.
CVS diapers are pretty good, too.
I tried and liked very much the Costco Kirkland diapers. Very much like Huggies.
Any of the stores that sell diapers with the "Playtime Designs" (KMart, many of the grocery stores, etc)-- those are very good, as well.
The Food Lion store brand diapers never leaked for me. I used them for both a boy and a girl, and the regular and supremes.
The only diapers that I really didn't like much were the Parent's Choice at Walmart. They didn't leak, but were so cardboardy feeling that I never bought them again. I wish they still sold the White Cloud supremes-- I did like those.
