I'm so happy for those who posted about their hubby's new jobs and promotions.

my husband is out of work and he was told last week from an HR rep that an offer would be coming soon, for this job he interviewed with. Its at a great company and the guy he would be reporting to used to work with him at another firm a few years ago. Anyway, we still haven't heard anything. I am getting nervous, but as DH says, its a huge company and there are prob a ton of layers that they have to go through first. I'm encouraged because the HR rep discussed salary, start date, etc last week....we just haven't gotten the final word yes or no.

So, if you could, please send those job vibes our way. thanks for listening

I am no doubt wishing for those vibes as well! So here it goes...sending you some right now! My fiance is out of work as well and it certainly was unexpected and with his line of work it could be for two days or two weeks or longer. He has been working hard on getting apps in and sending out resumes but we live in a small town where the economy isnt very good and the largest employer recently closed. I think you are in luck if they have discussed starting salary and a start date. That sounds very promising! Wish him luck and don't stress...what's meant to be will be...
