Is this normal?

DD has always fed for 20 minutes on each side per feeding for a total of 40 minute nursing sessions. However starting last week (when she started sleeping through the night) she only nurses for 20-30 minutes total for 4/5 sessions. Is this normal? Is it just because she is getting bigger/stronger and is becoming more efficient at eating? Just thought I would ask. It's actually a really good thing that it doesn't take as long, and she still seems satisfied, so I'm not really all that concerned, just curious. TIA

Normal, as babies grow they just get more efficient...wonderful isn't it?

yeah my babe doesn't nurse nearly as long as she used to!!
