NBR (again) Does microwave popcorn really expire?

I found some that said "Use before Feb. 2010" I'm thinking I should just toss it - but, I know some things only have a required expiration date...

Thoughts?

yah it does. I tried to make some that had and it just wouldn't hardly pop. I got like five kernels to go.

This. It doesn't like, spoil, but it won't pop right. BUT since that was only a few months ago I wouldn't toss it YET.

Ditto! And the unpopped kernels burned. yuck!

I'd probably give it a host since it's not terribly expired. I'd see if it pops well but also makes sure it doesn't smell/taste "off" at all. Butter expires for sure so I'd want to make sure that the butter (or "butter flavor") aspect of the popcorn was still good too.

Personally I wouldn't eat anything that does not expire eventually. Gotta wonder what's in there...
