Can I put two carseats in a truck if they are forward facing?

Do  you mean like in the  front seat? If so, I'd say no because of the driver's side airbag.

Yes you can as long as you have enough seat belts for the car seats.  If it is a front seat then yes just turn the air bag off if it does not have an off switch then both car seats need to be as far from the air bags as the truck seats will allow.  You can only use the front seat if there is no back seats, they are side facing seats or the car seats are less then 80% on the seat of the truck (only 10 % of the car seat can hang off the seat).
