Sorry I know that this is the third question like this but my anxiety is flaring up and I have to ask someone, anyone.
I'm starting zoloft. I'm supposed to start today but I don't know if it'll make me sleepy or wide awake so I want to wait until the weekend to start (I work).
But FI won't be home tomorrow evening and he's working Saturday all day. I have this intense worry that if I take it while alone with DD, I'll have a really bad reaction to it like maybe I'll completely pass out and not be able to hear her cry or I'll be more anxious or it'll be really bad and I can't control my actions or something.
Is this just the anxiety talking? Do you think it's better if I wait to try it when FI is home?
Re: Would you start zoloft while alone with the baby?
In my experience it's not the kind of medication you pass out or anything from. When I've started it, I've felt a little out of it, like just my brain was fuzzy, but not to the point where I couldn't take care of LO or myself.
