UPDATE - my impending miscarriage

Just wanted to let you all know that I went for an US today and there was no sac - nothing. I most likely already passed it and I have to call the Dr. to see if they want to do a D&C or let the endometrium slough off naturally. The US showed that the lining is still pretty thick. Also, the pain that I was having was from a cyst on my ovary that is in the process of bursting. I guess I expected this given all of my bleeding, but I am still disappointed.
