If your LO is 12 + weeks old, how much do they each and how often?

My DD is at about 6 ounces breastmilk every 3.5 to 4 hours. I was only giving her 4 ounces every 3 hours but her doctor told me to see if she'll eat more, and to stretch out her feedings. I have and its working!

She takes the breast every three to four hours during the day so I don't know what she is getting.  When I give her a bottle I give her 4 ounces  I was wondering if I should up it but she seems fine with the 4

DD was fine with 4 oz too so I was surprised when her Dr. said to see if she'll eat more. I was also surprised to see that she ate more.

Mine is only 11 1/2 weeks, but pretty much the same.  Up until Monday he was BFing during the day and I wasn't sure how much to put in his bottles for when I was at work.  DH says he seemed hungry after 4oz, so now he's taking 5oz every 2-4 hours.

Sorry, I haven't weighed recently to know (he's EBF), but I'm guessing 5 or maybe 6 oz (since it was 4 but I think the flow's gotten even faster and he's there for the same time) he usually eats every 3 hours but clusters as soon as every hour and a half in the evenings

Grayson will be 12 weeks on Saturday. He eats 5 oz every 3-4 hours. He goes to bed at 7:30pm, last bottle around 6:30-7pm. He wakes up 1 time b/t 2am-4am to eat. and then wakes up b/t 5am-6am and eats for the first time, normally around 7am. (depending on when he woke up during the night)

Don't know for sure.  She can take anywhere from 2-5 oz. of pumped milk when she gets it.  She eats about every 2-3 hrs during the day off the breast and cluster feeds every hour in the evenings.  That's usually when she gets a pumped bottle.  She goes to bed around 9ish and sleeps 11-12 hrs. 1ht
