I am doing the 30 day shred, but now wondering if I should? I have a yoga video that I did when I was pg with DS, but looking for something a little more exciting. Let me hear what you all are doing!

    i've been doing the 30 day shred but not every day. and then on off days i walk or do an ondemand cardio workouts.  i just sort thru a lot of the ondemand videos and try them out.

  • Yoga classes or the treadmill... not too exciting but with fatigue kicking my butt that's about all I can manage.
  • on MTTF I dot 30min of elliptical followed by a 1-2 mile walk

    on W I do a Pilate's class

  • Elliptical, jogging on the treadmill, walking and yoga. I found some prenatal yoga DVDs on Netflix. I'll have to see how they are.
