Phil and Ted travel cot?

Anyone have one?  We just starting using them on the road and I have a question for anyone who might have used them before.  Do you put anything in the bottom for you DC to sleep on?  I brought sheets along (wrong size, but that's another story...), but since the mattress fits into it's own sleeve, technically fitted sheets don't work.  However, we just took the mattress out of the sleeve, put a sheet on it, and put it inside the cot.  Just curious what others do.  Thanks!

Re: Phil and Ted travel cot?

  • I usually have put down a large receiving blankey down in addition to a sheet (I just made some) with a blanket and lovie.

  • We have a large crib blanket that we tuck around the mattress. I've never cared for that travel crib, though. We got a bjiorn, and I like it much better.
