Really dumb question!

Is it ok to go through the stand up metal detectors when pregnant? I have to go through one tomorrow. TIA

    lol I figured that it was fine but i was thinking of the whole x ray thing...besides isnt that one of the best parts of first tri  board is reading the "dumb question" posts lol

    I was going to call the Dr about this today. I am flying on Friday and thought of this driving to work... Thanks for posting.

    You can tell them you don't want to b/c you're pregnant and they will pat you down (there's even a big sign at the airport that says this)...  depends on how much you don't like the idea of the metal detector.  I'm sure it's fine though.
