OMG I can't believe it!! Birth mom is due next Tuesday with a baby boy. We're naming him Logan.

I'm so excited, but then part of me is just waiting for something bad to happen. Our homestudy isn't quite done but the social worker is faxing it to the agency tonight. The match isn't official until the agency has reviewed our home study. Then they call us with more details about when we need to be out there, when the birth mom wants to meet us, etc.

The birth mom and her husband have placed before and also have several children they are raising, so hopefully there is little risk of her changing her mind. Please send T&P for us!!!

Um this sounds EXACTLY like our match. A married couple already placed a boy 12 years ago....have a 10 and 9 year old boy/girl and then put K up for adoption...they are in Alabama....if your family is from Alabama...please contact me haha. Maybe we have siblings lol...that would be NUTS huh?

Wonderful! Best wishes to you and baby Logan. If you need an infant carseat, I have a chicco that still has another couple of years on it. Also lots of baby boy clothes for summer in smaller sizes. I could meet you somewhere and give them to you (free of course). PM me if your interested. I also think I have a lot of platex drop ins, infant toys and stuff like that. I know you probably have a lot of friends that have stuff too, so no worries if your not interested.
