Hey ladies. I've been a bad bumpy lately. We moved then I was dealing with a lot of stress and emotional trouble. I sat down with DH and we had a serious talk. We are going to be working on losing weight, etc., before ttc. I am sad that I have to wait, but excited about losing weight. I've lost 12 lbs, so far, by eating less and exercising. I've been taking Natural Fat Burner by Applied Nutrition. I had started to take this stuff before but stopped when DH seemed more interested in ttc and didn't notice anything but some extra energy before. Now I have noticed a huge difference. I have energy, I'm not starving - when I'm hungry, I'm just hungry.
I'd like to lose at least 30 more lbs. I'll be checking in on you all from time to time.
I do have one weird - maybe coincidence - my cycle was exactly 28 days and I know when I o'd because I had perfect cm at the right time. I'm sure the cm was due to all the water I've been drinking. I am normally really bad about drinking it, but since I've been taking the Natural Fat Burners, I want to drink more.
Also, AF showed up on Saturday - great way to spend Mother's Day, with AF! Anyway, today, I've felt a lot of tugging on my right side, which feels like O pains. Every once in a while I can feel it during AF, but it's especially strong now. I may ask my OB when I see him later this month.
Re: Hi!
Hi! I'm sorry you've been having a tough time, but it sounds like you are on a positive path. I've been getting the O pains/tugging from O all the way to AF. Let me know what your doctor says!
Good luck with the weight loss, I need to get on that, too.
Thanks ladies. I have the tugging every month at O time, so it's just weird that I am feeling it now. I will let you know what he says.
I'm enjoying some wine right now. I usually don't drink at all during ttc, but I figured, what the heck?!
DH is supposed to be working on his weight too, but it's a slow start. I won't worry about him, I'm just taking care of myself and going to the gym every day. I am actually feeling rather addicted to working out. That's a first!
