Are they a no-no to eat when BF/EPing?  Does that chemical that causes positive drug tests in some cases, affect breastmilk?  Just wondering!  Thanx :)

    Never heard that they are.  I've eaten my share of everything bagels and lemon poppy seed muffins these past 8 months.

    I probably wouldn't eat poppy seeds by the spoonful, but I think in moderation it's fine.  :-)
