Ok, so I am super new to selling stuff on ebay. Theoretically, if something has 2 or 3 watchers, but no bids, do you find that it ends up selling? A couple of auctions that end tomorrow have 2+ watchers and I am just wondering if people hold out til the last minute to try and get the best deal??

If it is a lot, make sure you state any name brands, condition of the items, anything that is going to help you get the most $$. The same rules hold true w/ single items.
When listing an item, I always search for that item in active listings before i write my own listing. It will let you know if there are alot of similar items out there, prices, etc..
Watch the timing of when you auctions start and end. I aim for starting them in the evening (after 7-8pm) and also the date. Auctions that close t-w-th tend to do better than those that close on a weekend or off time of day. You can schedule a listing to start when you want it to, ten cents extra and totally worth it.
I find that buy it now and then giving the "or best offer" clause is a good way to increase traffic. You can set the price you want and take a lower offer if you choose.
